AI Company Summary
The AI Company Summary card gives you instant background on the company behind a contact — so you can walk into a demo already informed, without manual research.
What it shows
When available, the summary includes:
- About — a short description of the company.
- Team Size — the company's approximate employee count.
- Industry / Domain — the industry the company operates in.
- Primary Competitors — notable competitors.
- Social Media — links to profiles such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, where found.
A note at the bottom reminds you the content is generated by AI based on available information.
How it's generated
- The summary is created automatically using the contact's company name (or the domain from their email).
- It loads on the contact detail page shortly after you open it.
- Once generated, it's saved with the contact, so it loads instantly next time.
Tips
- Contacts with a company name and website produce the richest summaries — add these when creating or editing a contact.
- Treat the summary as a helpful starting point and verify anything critical before relying on it.
