Reviewing flagged demo requests
Requests the AI couldn't auto-qualify appear under Needs review in the Inbox. These are waiting for your decision: qualify the good ones, reject the rest.
Step 1: Open a request
In the Inbox, find the Needs review list. Each row shows the request along with its flags and qualification score, so you can prioritize at a glance. Click a request to open its detail page.
On the detail page you can see the submitted details, the AI company summary (when available), and the flags explaining why it needs review.
Step 2: Decide
You have two choices, shown as buttons at the top of the request.
Qualify & Move to Contacts
Click Qualify & Move to Contacts if it's a real, worthwhile lead. You'll be asked to confirm. When you do, LevelUp Demo:
- Creates a Contact from the request and adds it to your Contacts list.
- Sends the lead a qualification email.
- Marks the request as Manually Qualified.
Reject
Click Reject if the request isn't a fit. A short form appears asking for a rejection reason (required). Pick the reason that fits:
- Junk
- Duplicate
- Incomplete Information
- Not a Target
- No Budget
- Not a Decision Maker
- Mistakenly Requested
- Requirements Mismatch
- Others
Then confirm to reject. The request is marked Rejected and leaves your review list. (You can cancel to close the form without rejecting.)
Tips
- Not sure why something was flagged? See Understanding flag reasons and scores.
- Recording an honest rejection reason keeps your inbound analytics meaningful.
- A flag is a prompt to look closer, not a verdict — plenty of flagged leads are worth qualifying.
