Understanding your user role

LevelUp Demo has two user roles. Your role decides what you can see and do — most importantly, whether you see the whole company's data or just your own.

The two roles

Account Owner

Account Owners have full access to the platform. They can:

  • See all company data — every demo, contact, and follow-up, regardless of who it's assigned to.
  • Manage the team — add new users, edit them, and activate or deactivate accounts.
  • Access company-wide Settings: Company Settings, Team Settings, Products / Services, Demo Form Builder, Demo Form Capture, and Custom Lists.
  • View all reports, including team-wide performance.
  • Manage Billing and subscription (when on a paid plan).

Sales

Sales users focus on their own book of business. They can:

  • Work the leads, demos, and follow-ups assigned to them.
  • Use all the core areas: Today, Inbox, Contacts, Schedule, Actions, Levelup Assist, Workflows, and Reports.
  • Access personal Settings: Booking Form, Individual Settings, and Integrations.

Sales users cannot manage other users, open company-wide settings, or access billing — those options are hidden from their menu.

What changes based on role

Both roles see the same main menu, but the content is filtered, and Account Owners get extra options.

Which role do I have?

If you can see Team Settings, Company Settings, or Billing in your menu, you're an Account Owner. If not, you're a Sales user.

Need your role or permissions changed? Contact your Account Owner — only they can manage team roles.
