Viewing Activities on a contact
The Activities tab shows an automatic timeline of everything that's happened with a contact — you don't have to log anything by hand.
What gets tracked
Activities are recorded automatically as you and your team work the contact, including:
- Contact changes — created, updated, archived, and unarchived.
- Demos — scheduled, rescheduled, completed, no-show, qualified, and rejected.
- Emails — emails sent, including workflow and follow-up emails.
- Tasks — marked completed or in progress.
- System events — such as activation and deactivation.
Reading the timeline
- Entries appear newest first, each with a timestamp and a short description.
- Activities are color-coded by category — for example, demos, contact changes, emails, tasks, and workflow events each have their own color — so you can scan the history quickly.
- If nothing has been logged yet, you'll see an empty-state message.
How it's different from the other tabs
Activities are an automatic, system-generated record. For your own free-text remarks use the Notes tab, and for scheduled to-dos use the Actions tab.
For what actually happened inside a recorded demo — sentiment, objections, key moments — see the Demo Pulse tab instead.
