What is the Inbox?
The Inbox is where every incoming demo request lands. Its job is to save you time: AI automatically qualifies most requests and moves them straight into your Contacts, while flagging the ones that genuinely need a human decision.
Open it from Inbox in the left menu. The badge on the menu item shows how many requests are waiting for your review.
What the Inbox page shows
- Metrics cards — a quick summary of requests, auto-qualified leads, items needing review, and average qualification time. See Inbox metrics cards.
- Inbound trends — the mix of industries sending you requests in the selected period. See Inbound trends and analytics.
- Needs review — requests the AI flagged for you to qualify or reject. See Reviewing flagged demo requests.
- Auto-qualified — requests the AI already qualified and turned into contacts.
- A date range filter to look at recent or historical requests. See Inbox date range filter.
How a request moves through the Inbox
Each demo request has a status:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Just arrived, being processed. |
| Auto Qualified | Passed AI checks and was turned into a contact automatically. |
| Needs Review | Flagged for a human decision — waiting on you. |
| Manually Qualified | You reviewed a flagged request and qualified it. |
| Rejected | You reviewed a flagged request and rejected it. |
What to do here
Your day-to-day job in the Inbox is simple: clear the Needs review list by qualifying the good leads and rejecting the rest. Everything the AI auto-qualifies is already in Contacts, ready to work.
