Navigating the main menu

LevelUp Demo's main menu runs down the left side of every screen. It's how you move between the core parts of the app. Some items show a badge with a count when there's something new or pending.

  • Today — your daily dashboard of alerts, today's demos, pipeline, and top actions. See Dashboard overview (Today view).
  • Inbox — incoming demo requests, with AI qualification and flagged items to review. The badge shows how many need attention.
  • Contacts — your CRM of all leads and customers. The badge highlights new contacts.
  • Schedule — book, view, and manage your demos (upcoming and completed).
  • Actions — your follow-up tasks, demo prep, and re-engagement nudges. The badge shows what's due.
  • Levelup Assist — your AI sales coach: KPIs, next-demo briefs, a winning blueprint, an objection playbook, and market signals.
  • Workflows — reusable email templates for common sales scenarios.
  • Reports — pipeline, conversion, objection, and performance analytics.

Settings

At the bottom of the menu, Settings expands into a submenu. What you see here depends on your role:

Everyone can access:

  • Booking Form — configure your self-service demo booking page.
  • Individual Settings — your personal preferences.
  • Integrations — connect calendars, meeting platforms, and email (Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Gmail/Outlook).

Account Owners also get company-wide settings, including:

  • Company Settings
  • Team Settings
  • Products / Services
  • Demo Form Builder and Demo Form Capture
  • Custom Lists

Your account menu

At the very bottom you'll find your account options:

  • Your Profile — manage your individual settings.
  • Billing — visible to Account Owners on a paid plan.
  • Logout — sign out of LevelUp Demo.

Note: The main menu items are the same for all users, but the data inside them is filtered by role, and Account Owners see extra Settings and Billing options. See Understanding your user role.
