Viewing a contact detail page
Click any contact in your list to open its detail page — the full picture of that lead or customer in one place.
Header
At the top you'll see the contact's avatar, name, and company. Two buttons sit here:
- Schedule a Demo — book a demo for this contact. See Scheduling a demo from a contact.
- Edit — update the contact's details. See Editing a contact record.
If the contact is archived, a banner appears with an Unarchive option. See Archiving contacts.
Left column
- Customer Information — key details like email, phone, website, source, and dates. See Customer Information panel.
- Quick Actions — change Type, Status, Product, and assignees inline. See Quick Actions on a contact.
- AI Company Summary — an AI-generated profile of the company. See AI Company Summary.
- Recording — appears when the contact's latest completed demo has a meeting transcript.
The Recording card
The Recording card shows where the transcript came from — the recording bot's status, or Uploaded transcript when someone uploaded it by hand — along with the meeting's duration and how many speakers were detected. From here you can:
- View full transcript — read the whole conversation.
- View meeting minutes — read the AI-generated minutes, when they've been produced.
Right column — tabs
The tabbed area holds the contact's history and interactions:
- Demo Pulse — the AI breakdown of their most recent completed demo: sentiment, key moments, objections, and more. This tab appears first, and only once a demo with this contact has been completed. See Demo Pulse.
- Notes — your running notes on this contact. See Adding Running Notes to a contact.
- Actions — follow-up tasks tied to this contact. See Managing tasks for a contact.
- Emails — emails sent to this contact. See Viewing Emails on a contact.
- Activities — a timeline of everything logged. See Viewing Activities on a contact.
Note: If a demo was analyzed before Demo Pulse existed, the tab offers a Regenerate AI analysis option to produce the richer breakdown. Only the demo owner or the assigned presenter can run it.
A Form Details card also appears in the left column when the contact came in through a demo request form.
